  • Job Description

    You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering timely, accurate, and efficient bookkeeping and accounting services to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client requirements.

  • Responsibilities
    • Prepare partial or full sets of accounts with accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
    • Prepare and submit SST/GST returns to relevant authorities in compliance with statutory deadlines.
    • Assist in the preparation of management accounts and unaudited financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Assess current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements in collaboration with other departments.
    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements
    • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Fundamental knowledge of accounting standards and policies such as IASs, FRSs and statutory requirements (GST/SST).
    • Proficiency in professional accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
    • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
