Who is eligible to become a Lett Affiliate?
Anybody can become a Lett affiliate. You’re at an advantage if you have an existing network.
Is there any membership fee involved?
No, there is no membership fee. Signing up and becoming a Lett affiliate is free of charge.
How do I sign up?
Simply click on the link provided on our website. Complete the form via the link, by providing your details, and you can start immediately.
What happens after I sign up?
Upon signing up, you will receive an email containing your unique code. Share this code and ensure that your referrals use it during purchase.
How do I promote Lett?
You can promote Lett through various channels, including email marketing, social media posts, banner ads, and blogs. Feel free to use any method that suits your promotional strategy.
Can I use my referral code to open my second company?
No. The affiliate program will only apply to other companies with distinct shareholder information.
Can I use my unique code to renew my services with Lett?
No. The affiliate program will only apply to other companies with distinct shareholder information.
Are assistance and support offered to the person I referred?
Certainly, we would handle them just like any other incoming client. We’d be delighted to engage in a conversation with them prior to them availing our service. The sole distinction is that they have your unique code.
What is the commission rate?
Flat rate of 10% on service fees after all sorts of disbursements i.e. ACRA, Quickbook online, Xero and etc.
How is the payout figure calculated?
The total payout figure is calculated as a 10% commission of the Lett services subscribed to by your affiliated company/companies. Note that this commission excludes disbursement fees, such as government fees, payment processing fees, and Xero or QBO fees.
Affiliate will receive a one-time 10% commission for each successful referral when the total sales generated by their referrals are less than S$20,000. For total sales generated that are more than or equal to S$20,000, affiliate will receive recurring commissions for 5 years if the affiliated companies continue to stay with Lett.
Is there a cap on the amount I can make as a commission?
No, there is no cap. Affiliates are encouraged to bring in as many companies as possible.
What is the payout period? When will I receive my payouts?
Payouts are scheduled at the end of each quarter for eligible affiliates. The payment for the current account balance is made via bank transfer at the beginning of the following month after end of the given quarter.
What is the minimum amount of revenue required to receive a payout?
Affiliates become eligible for payout once their balance reaches S$500. If the threshold is not met in a given quarter, the balance is rolled over to the next quarter.
(Note: The minimum amount excludes disbursements such as ACRA fees, GST, Stripe Payment Gateway, and Xero or QBO subscription fees in Singapore.)
Will the commission accumulated from the old scheme carry over to the new one?
For affiliates from the previous referral program, we will contact you individually to settle any outstanding payments and provide you with the new code.
How do I view my previous payments and referrals?
You can track your payout history and past referrals through the report sent out every quarter.
